ADR Products
In accordance with guidelines set forth by the Prescription Drug Marketing Act (PDMA) of 1987, amended by the Prescription Drug Amendments of 1992, Teva has granted Authorized Distributor of Record (ADR) status to only those distributors listed on this page. The products detailed in the links below are those for which Teva is considered the manufacturer under the PDMA. Accordingly, ADR status is limited to only those distributors listed herein that distribute the products that are listed within the links below. For all other products distributed by Teva, Teva is considered the "wholesale distributor" under the PDMA. Teva will update this listing on a continuing basis as required by the PDMA.
